Armed Forces - non profit
Rebuilding Strength. Restoring Confidence.
Leaving the Armed Forces is one of the biggest transitions a person can make. The structure, routine, and physical demands of military life often disappear overnight, making it easy for fitness, nutrition, and overall wellbeing to take a back seat.
At BrettBuilt, my mission is to help ex-service personnel reconnect with their physical and mental strength by providing free personal training and nutrition coaching to veterans.
This isn't just about losing weight or building muscle. It's about rebuilding confidence, creating healthy routines, and giving former members of the Armed Forces the tools they need to stay fit long after their service has ended.
Whether you've been out for months or years, there's no judgement and no expectations. Every programme is tailored to your current fitness level, goals, and circumstances, helping you progress at your own pace in a supportive environment.

To access the complimentary sessions, you must provide valid proof of veteran status prior to your first session. Accepted forms of ID include:

No-Show Policy: If you miss a session without giving 24 hours' notice, or fail to attend a scheduled session, your complimentary place on the scheme may be immediately withdrawn and offered to another veteran on the waiting list.
4. Physical Readiness and Liability
You must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) honestly and accurately before training.
If you have any ongoing physical or psychological medical conditions resulting from your service, you may be required to obtain a doctor’s note confirming you are safe to exercise.
The standard liability waivers of BRETTBUILT apply to all complimentary sessions.
